I find her brilliant in many ways, from shopping for groceries, preparing the ingredients to the actual cooking and the presentation
of the finished product.
Her touch with food is impeccably balanced in taste and the ability to fuse ingredients without spoiling the natural taste of them is unique and rare.
Her presentations are classy, creative and beautiful. The knowledge of so many different types of cuisines and techniques translates in the geniality of the finished product and mostly her passion for elegance and the understanding of it without being pretentious makes her a natural rising star in the food industry.
